We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses purchased through our website. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  2. The course content has not been fully accessed or downloaded.
  3. No course completion certificate has been issued.
  4. The request meets the criteria outlined in section 2.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds will be considered in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction: If the course content does not meet the user's expectations, provided the user has engaged with less than 30% of the course material.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If the user accidentally makes a duplicate purchase of the same course.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The user has accessed more than 30% of the course content.
  • The course has been completed and a completion certificate has been issued.
  • The refund request is made after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The request is based on personal preference or change of mind without valid reasons.
